Flank Steak

Flank steak is a lean flavorful cut of beef used in Asian stir fry and Mexican fajita dishes.  They are best marinated and grilled.  Our flank steaks are individually packaged and weight between .50 and 1lb.  These steaks come from Cook Cattle Farm all-natural raised beef.
